Weigh In Wednesday - 10.12.11

Ok i am not starting week 2 of weight watchers! I am not going to lie, this past week has been a bit challenging. I have been keeping on track for the most part...EXCEPT...over this past weekend, I took it off....LOL I had to give myself a day, which turned into two days, but i got right back on track on Monday. I actually love weight watchers, it's really great! Ok, ok so on to the Weigh in:


Last Week: 219.00
This Week: 214.80
Total Loss: 4.20
Goal Weight: 140.00
Left to Go: 74.80

I think 4.20 lbs is pretty awesome! I am going to introduce goals (small, medium, and large)


Small Goal (for the Week): To lose at least 3.00 lbs at 10.19.11 weigh in
Medium Goal (for the Month): To lose 10.00 lbs by 11.12.11 (starting small...LOL)
Large Goal: to have lost 50 lbs in 20 weeks


There you have it! Now get back to work!
