So excited

I'm not going to lie - the news has been released that in less then 3 months my sister is going to be moving out of the house....and guess what that means!!!!!! That will be the start where I magically transform her room into dooty booty sanctuary! I asked dooty booty what color she would like her room and she said PURPLE! So that is where we are starting. All her furniture is white so that will be perfect! Right now we share a room - I really think this will be good for both of us!

We will also be transforming the "living room" (well my sister uses it as that) into a play room/my office/movie room. I will be getting rid of the cable that is in there and only having the Wii and Netflix and DVDs! And obviously a better organizer for her toys and stuff to make it look nice. I am going to try to keep all her toys out of her room eek. I don't know if that will happen, but it is worth a shot.

Although I really hope my sister is making the right decision for herself and taking the next step in her life, I just can't help but to worry about her! She is my older sister of 2 years but it's what I have always done - looked after her. So I worry. But I know in my heart of hearts she will make the right decisions for her. With saying that I am ready to start helping her pack her bags lol so I can start the transformation to the new dooty booty room lol!!!!

I am defiantly going to post some before and after pictures for you all to enjoy as much as I will!!!!! Let the count down begin!!!

Happy 11.11.11 and happy veterans day!

It's weird that today is 11.11.11 - I personally think it is lucky and am excited I got to be a part of it!

I also wanted to say happy veterans day! To all who have served and are serving - and who will be serving our country - I thank you! Although I wish we did not have wars and everyone would just keep their eyes on their own papers, so we wouldn't have to lose our family or friends! I am extremely thankful for those of you who stand up and fight for us! Thank you!

Thankful Thursday 11.10.11

Day before 11.11.11, boy I really didn't think I would see this day. I mean when you are 16-17 ish who really thinks they will live past 25 ha! I have to admit 17 was drug induced so I didnt think I would make it. In 4 days from now I will have not done drugs for 6.5 years by choice and not going to rehab. I don't even want to imagine what my life would be like if I was still using. I was getting in so much trouble because I was trying to fill some sort of void that my mind had created, which now I would call depression, self diagnosed. To this day I still haven't gotten completely over my issues with depression but I would have to say that dooty booty is my angel! I am so thankful for her. I don't think I would be here today without her. Mama loves you so much!
