You just need to be determined an...You can do it!!! You just need to be determined and get some motivation!! I need some motivation too. Set a date of when you want to lose weight by. Set mini goals first. Like "lose 10 pounds by ---" then after you reach that goal, set another one. We need to remember that food doesn't have to taste fantastic all the time. its just fuel for the body. I need to remember this as well since I can't seem to stop eating lately!!!!! ugh!
